A small circle of women gathering to journey to the sound of the drum, as we are cleansing our bodies in the heat of the cedar sauna.
The new moon in Virgo invites us to tend ourselves with devotion and to come home to the sacred ordinary of the body.

Drum if you have one - not required
(You can choose to sauna nude, wrapped in your towel, or in a bathing suit. My sauna is a body-positive, safe space and a judgement free place. Everyone chooses their own comfort level and respects the other people’s as well)
