This is a ceremonial women’s circle rooted in seasonal rhythm and the traditional celtic calendar and the four major fire festival of the wheel of the year.
each gathering includes breathwork, reflections and journaling, heart-centered sharing, simple hands on ritual, embodied presence, light movement, grounding and nourisihing seasonal refreshments and light food.
