As autumn settles in, we gather to soften our hearts.
In this gentle women’s evening retreat we retreat into a warm space of soft sheepskins and candlelight and rest into the sweetness of women’s circle connection.
We will share the heart opening medicines of ceremonial cacao and Kanna extract.
Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a traditional South African plant alley, known as natures MDMA. The gentle, and natural empathogen invites us into presence and connection. It is a beautiful herb that will not deplete your body, but will help us connect sincerely and share our truths less guarded. Please reach out if you have any questions about Kanna.
