Join me for this winter gathering to nourish and tend to our hearts.
Before December gets busy, it wants us to know, it is ok to slow down, to soften.
This is an intimate cacao ceremony woven with the sacred art of Ayurvedic self-massage (abhyanga).
You will sip heart opening cacao, learn how to lovingly anoint your own body with warm oil (did you know the Sanskrit word for oil “snehar” also means love?) and sink into a ritual space that invites tenderness, connection and sot presence.
Afterwards we will warm ourselves in the sauna.
