New Moon in Libra CO-ED Sauna & Drum Circle

A small circle of women gathering to journey to the sound of the drum, as we are cleansing our bodies in the heat of the cedar sauna. the second new moon in Libra is the perfect setting for the first CO-ED sauna & drum. She invites us to attune to right relationship - with ourselves, with others, with beauty and with truth. Harmony is not sameness, but a holy collaboration.
Please bring:
Sauna towel
Drum if you have one - not required
(You can choose to sauna nude, wrapped in your towel, or in a bathing suit. My sauna is a body-positive, safe space and a judgement free place. Everyone chooses their own comfort level and respects the other people’s as well)
We will do two rounds of sauna and drumming. There will be a fire to keep warm us up and a space to change.
