SENSUAL BREATHING - A guided ritual for the senses

from $33.00

Sensual Breathing is a 90 minute guided ritual designed to bring you gently back into your body, your senses and your ALIVENESS.

Sensual Breathing weaves together:

  • circular connected breath

  • subtle pelvic activation

  • gentle waves of intensified breathing

  • music and voice opening

  • sensory immersion (scent, texture, taste, sound,…)

  • grounding integration

Sensual Breathing is not in any way:

  • sexual

  • performatory

  • trauma purging

IT IS A CONTAINED, FEMININE, NERVOUS-SYSTEM SAFE ALTERED STATE that supports EMBODIED PRESENCE.

This practice is designed to:

  • regulate the nervous system

  • increase embodied awareness

  • gently interrupt dissociation

  • open the heart

  • awaken voice

  • reconnect to pleasure and aliveness

Many women describe feeling warmer, softer, more present, more themselves after this ritual.

Because this practice involves continous breathwork it is not recommended for women who are pregnant, living with epilepsy, experience serious heart conditions, or are currently in acute psychiatric crisis.
