New Moon in Virgo Sauna & Drum Circle

A small circle of women gathering to journey to the sound of the drum, as we are cleansing our bodies in the heat of the cedar sauna. the new moon in Virgo invites us to align the inner and the outer, to root into rhythm and to offer ourselves as prayer. To be humble, holy and embodied.
Please bring:
Sauna towel
Drum if you have one - not required
(You can choose to sauna nude, wrapped in your towel, or in a bathing suit. My sauna is a body-positive, safe space and a judgement free place. Everyone chooses their own comfort level and respects the other people’s as well)
We will do two rounds of sauna and drumming. There will be a fire to keep warm us up and a space to change.
